Ownership rules
Architecture ownership should reward the first accepted miner that establishes a materially unique architecture family, subject to validator review and dispute windows.
| Case | Behavior |
|---|---|
| New unique design | Creates a new family owned by the submitting hotkey. |
| Exact duplicate | Rejected or linked as duplicate without new ownership. |
| Minor parameter tweak | Grouped with existing family unless structurally material. |
| Material derivative | May create a new family if reviewers confirm behavioral difference. |
| Dispute | Review-locked until validator quorum resolves ownership. |
